Ginger IT is a fresh and dynamic IT Services provider. We specialise in small to medium sized businesses (5-75 computers) across Auckland. We have a particularly strong presence in law, accounting, manufacturing and the fashion industry.

Ginger IT was a proud Partner of New Zealand Fashion Week for the second year in 2011 and we look forward to continuing this relationship for the 2012 event.

We employ a small but efficient team of  engineers who have IT experience going back over 14 years and are all Microsoft Certified. We keep our team small and invest in smart tools that allow us to support you and your computer wherever you are.

Our main focus is on IT Managed Services. This is where we provide you with a fixed cost per computer per month which allows you to sit back knowing your IT Support is taken care of for a single, affordable and predictable monthly bill.

We do, of course, offer support on the traditional "break-fix / ad-hoc"  model, but find that the majority of customers prefer the former model, knowing prevention is better than cure. Having an IT provider who monitors their IT environment 24/7 leaves them the time to focus on running their business.
